Our Quality Policy is based on the following principles:

  • To comply fully with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17020:2012 for Type-A Inspection Bodies.
  • To provide competent, consistent, and technically sound inspection services across all approved scopes.

  • To implement effective quality management system, internal audits, and management reviews to monitor and enhance system effectiveness.

 IMPARTIALITY POLICY

FQS is fully committed to impartial in all its inspection activities. We recognize that impartiality is essential to maintaining professional integrity, credibility, and trust in our inspection services. Flowcert Quality Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ensures that all inspections are conducted objectively, without bias, favoritism, or conflicts of interest.

To uphold this commitment, FQS. implements the following measures:

  • FQS doesn’t allow financial, commercial, or other pressures to compromise the impartiality of its inspection
  • FQS doesn’t engage in the design, manufacture, supply, installation, purchase, ownership, use, or maintenance of the items it inspects to avoid any conflict of
  • FQS identifies and actively manages potential conflicts of
  • Inspectors must disclose any relationships, interests, or external engagements that could compromise impartiality before conducting an
  • FQS provides regular training to all personnel involved in inspection activities, emphasizing the importance of impartiality and how to uphold
  • Inspection processes and decisions are regularly monitored and reviewed to ensure compliance with this
  • FQS doesn’t suggest or imply that certification would be simpler, easier or less expensive if inspection/training services will be used
  • FQS will take the necessary action to address any issues identified regarding impartiality.
  • FQS holds all employees accountable for maintaining impartiality, with clear consequences for any breaches of this policy.
  • FQS communicates its impartiality policy to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and building trust in its inspection  

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Flowcert Quality Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all information obtained or created during the performance of inspection activities. We recognize that maintaining the confidentiality of client and stakeholder information is fundamental to preserving trust, impartiality, and compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012.

To fulfil this commitment, FQS  ensures that:

  • All client, inspection, and business information is treated as confidential and is used only for the purpose for which it is obtained.
  • Confidential information is not disclosed to any third party without prior written authorization from the client, except where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authority.
  • Where disclosure is legally required, the client or concerned party shall be informed in advance unless prohibited by law.
  • Information obtained from sources other than the client, including regulatory authorities, accreditation bodies, laboratories, or complainants, is also protected and treated as confidential.
  • Access to confidential information is restricted to authorized personnel who require such information to perform their assigned responsibilities.
  • Appropriate administrative, physical, and electronic controls are implemented to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, misuse, or disclosure.
  • All employees, inspectors, subcontractors, and external personnel acting on behalf of FQS sign legally enforceable Confidentiality and Impartiality Declarations and remain bound by these obligations during and after their employment or contractual association with the organization.
  • Confidential records are retained, protected, and disposed of in accordance with documented procedures and applicable legal, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
  • Any actual or suspected breach of confidentiality or data security is investigated promptly, and appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
  • This policy is communicated to all personnel, reviewed periodically, and made available to interested parties through the official website upon request. 

COMMITMENT TO INDEPENDENCE

Flowcert Quality Solutions Pvt. Ltd.  upholds full independence of inspection activities as required for Type-A inspection bodies. Top management is responsible for ensuring that inspection operations remain completely independent from any activity that could compromise judgment or lead to conflicts of interest.

Flowcert ensures:

  • Independence from manufacturers, suppliers, designers, installers, buyers, or maintainers of inspected items.
  • No involvement of inspection personnel in consultancy, sales, or decision-making related to items or systems being inspected.
  • A corporate structure that does not allow ownership, financial interest, or shared resources to influence inspection decisions.
  • A transparent and monitored system of reporting relationships to prevent undue influence from internal or external parties.
  • Independence reviews are conducted periodically during Management Review and internal audits.
